Recruitment & On-boarding Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Research and source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews via phone or video calls, and arrange follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage and facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and deliver new hire orientation sessions and relevant training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and recruitment activities in the HR database.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
- Foster a positive candidate experience from initial contact to on-boarding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Any HR certifications (such as SHRM, PHR, etc.) or relevant courses are a plus.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be professional, presentable, and able to represent the company well.
