Requirements
Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:
- 1 year experience in customer service or call center.
- Must be a graduate of any field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases
- Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters
- Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid with 2 days from office: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Transportation available)
- Sun - Thu: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm & 5:00 pm - 12:00 am (Rotational shifts)
- 1 day off Friday or Saturday
- Fri / Sat: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
