Requirements
Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:
- 1-2 year experience in customer care
- Must be a graduate of any related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
- 1. Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases.
- 2. Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters.
- 3. Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner.
- 4. Use our CRM to record requests, calls status…etc.
- 5. Handle client requests through Whatsapp system, calls and emails.
- 6. Handle Approvals with clients through the system and insurance companies
- 7. Report back to Client Relations Department
Working Arrangement
- Full-Time (Hybrid) 2 days from office
- Rotational shifts from 9;00 am to 5:00 pm and from 5 pm to 12:00 am
- One day off
- 6 working days
- Shift on Weekend is from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Remotely)
