Collection Officer

Responsibilities
- Follow-up with clients on overdue payments
- Coordinate with the account management team to handle collections
- Must update a regular report on collections status for the whole portfolio
- Perform Interviews and have an eye for talents
- Interfere in problem solving with insurance companies as needed
- Make sure all necessary documents are available for collection by coordinating with company couriers
- Assist the Sr. Financial Advisor with Expenses and other tasks as delegated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in collections (from 1-2 years max), preferably B2B Industry
- Excellent Excel skills
- Intermediate English Language
- Must have integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
