We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in business development and a strong background in the insurance industry, with a particular focus on global insurance markets.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong background in the insurance industry, with expertise in various insurance products and services.
- Global insurance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
