Responsibilities
- Manage employee insurance data on the HR system integrated with the insurance provider.
- Handle additions, deletions, and updates of employee insurance records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update any changes related to employee status, coverage, or benefits during the renewal process.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee information
- Prepare and share required reports related to employee data
- Coordinate with the operations team to assist in system administration
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all insurance-related transactions and updates.
- Perform needed reports as per management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, or insurance coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and excellent Excel skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Experience working with HR systems or HRIS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with internal teams and insurance providers.
- Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data consistency across systems.
