Telesales (Remotely)
We’re looking for an experienced Telesales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:
- Contact potential to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the Business Development team
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Bachelor Holder of any related field.
- Proven experience as telesales representative, min 1 year
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant CRM and Lead systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good Command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
