I joined Wisely Insure early 2019. In my current role, I provide support to my team so we can meet and exceed our client’s expectations. This includes planning for improvement and looking for more opportunities for our team to learn and grow. In addition to my support duties, I also serve as a liaison between the team and our clients. I help to communicate their needs and wants to the team, and then help to turn our team’s deliverables into a reality that meets or exceeds those expectations. Through my efforts, I am able to help contribute to a more positive working environment and greater client satisfaction.
