CEO
Ayman Kandeel is the current CEO of AXA Egypt and a board member of the Egyptian Insurance Federation. He has 25+ years of experience in the insurance industry and a wide knowledge of risk management and strategic financial planning. He was among the founding members of AXA’s team in Egypt since its establishment in 2015. He has been leading AXA Egypt since 2018, and has been instrumental in extending its frontiers in the Egyptian market and increasing its positive impact on Egyptians. He is also the chairman of AXA Egypt and AXA Services, as well as the managing director of AXA Life. He has overseen the implementation of an innovative approach through operations management and adopted new policies that prioritize the customer under AXA Egypt’s “One Stop Shop” strategy. He is also a co-chair of the Insurance Committee of AmCham Egypt and a certified director by EIOD.
