Responsibilities
Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:
- Handle on-site medical claims and requests
- Follow-up with medical insurance companies on approvals
- Handle emergency cases for corporate accounts with the insurance company
- Act immediately on any critical cases
- Use multiple means to communicate with medical insurance companies
- Perform various visits to different client sites in Cairo and Giza to ensure service level quality
- Provide reports as needed
- Report to the Senior Account Manager and Corporate Relations and On-site Doctor
Requirements
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business)
- Not suitable for medical and pharmaceutical background
- From 1 to 2 years experience max. in the same post
- Fluent English language is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must own a car at their disposal
- Males-only opportunity
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Respectable and presentable
- Flexible to move around and work on-sites
- People and client-oriented
Work arrangement
- Full time job: 5 days per week, 6 hours per day
- 2 open positions to cover Cairo and October
